Lisa Wilcox specializes in branding and positioning but also has extensive experience in communications strategy, new
product development, advertising and packaging development, naming and logo design.
Lisa has worked for a wide range of end clients including the International Olympic Committee (IOC), Charles Schwab & Co.,
Visa, NASCAR, Wells Fargo Bank, Dolby Laboratories, EMI Records, Bank of America and The Mayo Clinic.
Lisa began her marketing career at Young & Rubicam in New York. At Y&R, Lisa was a member of the Creative Research Department
where she specialized in qualitative research, particularly the teen market.
Lisa left Y&R to attend law school. During law school, she worked for both the United States District Attorneys Office and
the San Francisco District Attorneys Office, Domestic Violence Unit. She practiced law in San Francisco at Orrick, Herrington
& Sutcliffe.
Lisa decided to return to marketing and joined The B/R/S Group as a Partner in 1995. At B/R/S, a market research and consulting
company, Lisa specialized in the financial services category and in branding and positioning. She left B/R/S to open the
Healy/Wilcox Marketing Group.
Lisa received her BA, with honors, in Literary Theory from Brown University. She graduated magna cum laude from The University
of San Francisco School of Law where she was an editor of the USF Law Review. Publications include an article in the USF
Law Review, among others.
Lisa serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Laguna Honda Hospital Volunteers and is an Auxiliary Member of the
Edgewood Center for Children and Families.
