Our founding Partners are Lisa Wilcox and Jim Healy, based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Lisa Wilcox is a qualitative researcher and consultant, specializing in the financial and Internet services category, and in brand and corporate identity and positioning work.

Jim Healy conducts both qualitative and quantitative research, specializing in both business and consumer high technology markets.
